Mid week menu – 25 to 27 July 2017

It rained so hard on Friday night that it brought a piece of guttering down. We have reattached one end and directed the flow in to the stream for now but another repair has now been added to the never ending list of things to do! Just one of the joys of owning very old buildings.

Mid week menu 20 to 22 June 2017

We got the courtyard set up and stood by for a busy Saturday brunch and…….nothing happened! We had a few in but none of our “regulars” showed up and Nailsworth was like a ghost town. I guess the garden or the seaside were a bigger draw on the hottest day of the year so far. Hopefully better luck next week.

Mid week menu – 23 to 25 May 2017

There didn’t seem to be that good a turnout for Nailsworth Festival Saturday this year and as usual the out of town traders who get prime pitches in the town square for their hog roast, burger and food shack stalls meant that we saw lots of folk reading our menus and festival offers whilst already munching their street food! Oldstone Double Gloucester rarebit anyone?
