Seared swordfish medallion, spiced avocado and sweet chilli jam

Warm goats cheese and red onion tart, pickled carrots and pea shoots

The sweet potato croquettes on the veggie menu sold well at the weekend but things got tricky when the fryer thermostat gave up the will to go on. New bit of kit ordered for delivery on Tuesday……..hurrah for online equipment suppliers and next day shipping!
