The insurance company sent someone down to inspect the damage after last weeks car meets restaurant incident. Now that the bent railings and police tape have been removed it doesn’t look quite so dramatic but a section of wall will need rebuilding. The loss adjuster thought that a newer building would have been seriously damaged so thank goodness for our solid 2 foot thick Cotswold stone.

Dinner – 19 to 21 July 2016

We are no longer in the holiday cottage business. After 9 years of cleaning up after other people we took the decision earlier this year to sell Steppingstone barn. Many thanks to the hundreds of customers who stayed with us and especially those regulars who returned sometimes twice a year, we may see you around the town or in the restaurant if your travels still bring you to Nailsworth.
