Mid week menu – 26 to 28 February ’19

Spotted this in the Times letters page yesterday.

Sage observation……there could be a shortage of imported fresh herbs at the end of next month. We may run out of thyme and end up with a no dill Brexit.

Weekend diner menu 22/23 February ’19

I just looked back at this week last year in the diary to try and predict what a dry, mild weekend and half term holiday combo might mean for business and there on the page for March 1st was written “The beast from the East” followed by an almost blank 3 days of bookings and a note that the fish delivery could not get through on 2 consecutive days. What a difference a year makes. Anyway……I’m none the wiser re: predictions for the weekend and coming week but we do have tables available if you want to book on 01453 832808

It was a bit wet and wild overnight but at least there is no snow forecast this weekend. Saturday evening is almost full, we have tables available on Friday and don’t forget we are open for Saturday brunch if you are in town between 11 and 3.
