Red onion soup with double Gloucester croutons

New potato and asparagus salad, pan fried bream, dill and caper dressing

Warm ham hock and broad bean tart with homemade piccalilli

A simple starter of finely sliced Severn and Wye smoked salmon, Devon                        crab meat and prawns with Marie Rose sauce

Heirloom tomatoes, wild rocket and buffalo mozzarella with basil dressing

 

Pan fried line caught sea bass fillet on a bed of fine ratatouille

 Baked cod fillet, buttered samphire and white wine cream sauce

Weekend menu – 12 & 13 May 2017

We enjoyed a nice busy brunch last weekend with young Lucy having to dash out mid service for supplies so I have ordered a good quantity of gluten free Gloucester sausages, free range Dursley eggs and home cured bacon from Country Quality Meat for this Saturday.
