Weekend menu – 9 & 10 November 2018

Did you hear that boffin on the radio yesterday proposing a 2 tier tax on both red meats and processed meats……whatever next? Whilst we still can we have just collected some lovely venison fillets and plump pheasants from our local butcher which will be on the menu this weekend. The sweet potato croquettes on the veggie menu sold well at the weekend but things got tricky when the fryer thermostat gave up the will to go on. New bit of kit ordered for delivery on Tuesday……..hurrah for online equipment suppliers and next day shipping!
