Roast free range chicken breast, mushroom cream sauce

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, sage and onion gravy

  Aged local beef fillet, pulled beef brisket and rich red wine sauce

Butternut squash risotto, soft goats cheese and toasted pine nuts

 

Bakewell tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream
