Here we go then…..the countdown to Christmas begins.

Roasted red pepper soup

Pan fried swordfish medallion, spiced avocado, sweet chilli sauce

Seared local venison fillet, red onion marmalade and wild rocket salad

A simple plate of Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon

Garlic field mushrooms with spinach, Parmesan and pine nuts

Cornish monk fish tail, baby plum tomato sauce, crisp pancetta

Sea trout supreme, buttered samphire and Prosecco cream sauce

Roast pheasant breast, English apple and cider gravy

  Aged local beef fillet, sticky onions, rich red wine reduction (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, winter mushroom and chive cream

Butternut squash risotto topped with seed and nut crunch

 Dark chocolate truffle cake, red berry sorbet

A classic crème brulée with fine butter shortbread

Pear and almond tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
