It’s ten weeks away but we only have one table left for dinner on Christmas Eve!

Roasted red pepper soup

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, horseradish and beetroot

Air dried ham and slow roasted cherry tomatoes on toasted sour dough

Severn and Wye smoked salmon, crayfish tails and lemon dill dressing

Grilled aubergine with pickled pepper and black olive crust

Pan fried sea bream fillet, baby leaf spinach and fennel butter sauce

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, black pudding and grain mustard gravy

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over seedless grape and Cognac sauce

  Aged local beef fillet, garlic mushrooms, red wine jus (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Spiced autumn squash, Evesham leek and lentil stew

 Dark chocolate and orange torte, tangy orange sorbet

Foraged blackberry and almond tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream

A classic crème brulée, fine butter shortbread

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
