A simple starter of oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns

Baked free range egg with chorizo and baby leaf spinach

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, mixed mushroom and chive cream sauce

Parmesan crusted aubergine steak on spiced tomato sauce

 Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart, salty caramel ice cream

Lime cheesecake with tangy lemon sorbet

Summer berry shortbread, clotted cream ice cream
