Curried carrot soup

Pan seared swordfish medallion, buttered samphire, sweet chilli sauce

Warm salad of chorizo sausage, sweet potato and broad beans

Smoked mackerel pâté, beetroot horseradish and toasted sour dough

Stilton tart served warm with heritage tomato and red onion salad

South coast plaice fillet with mussels and curry cream sauce

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over apple sauce and cider reduction

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, bacon and leeks in mustard gravy

Butternut risotto with baby leaf spinach, pine nuts and Parmesan

 Warm English cherry bakewell with clotted cream ice cream

Dark chocolate and raspberry torte

A classic crème brulée with summer berries and fine butter shortbread
