Curried carrot soup

Smoked mackerel pâté, beetroot horseradish and toasted sour dough

Warm salad of Chorizo sausage with sweet potato and broad beans

Pan fried Devon crab cake, sweet chilli dipping sauce

Warm Stilton tart, heritage tomato and red onion salad, basil oil


Poached sea trout supreme with samphire and Prosecco cream

Boneless south coast plaice, steamed mussels and spicy tomato sauce

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over English cherry and Cognac sauce

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, buttered leeks, grain mustard gravy

Aged local beef fillet, mixed mushroom and Stroud brewery dark ale sauce                (£3.50 supplement – sorry)

Chestnut mushroom Stroganoff on red, white and wild rice


Apricot and almond tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream

Dark chocolate and raspberry torte

A classic crème brulée with summer berries and shortbread
