Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet on heritage tomato salad

Twice baked mature Cheddar soufflé, baby leaf spinach and cream (15mins)

A simple starter of oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns

Warm bacon and red onion tart, house slaw and dill pickle

Pan fried sea bass fillet on finely cut ratatouille

Poached salmon supreme, mild curry cream sauce

7 spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy, spring onion and ginger jus

  Aged local beef fillet “Chasseur” (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, black pudding and grain mustard sauce

Mixed mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil

 Triple chocolate brownie served warm with clotted cream ice cream

Summer berry tartlet

Lemon and lime cheesecake, tangy orange sorbet

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
