Weekend dinner menu – 27/28 July ’18

The rain is heading our way for the weekend so pack away the BBQ, call us on 01453 832808 and book a table for dinner…….it’ll make a nice change.

Three courses £30      Two courses £25.50


Red onion soup with double Gloucester croutons

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet on lemon buttered samphire

Heirloom tomato salad, torn buffalo mozzarella, basil dressing

Potted Devon crab, dill and grain mustard dressing, toasted sour dough

Baby gem Caesar salad with Cajun spiced free range chicken breast


Pan fried sea bass fillet, spring onion, soy and ginger sauce

Seared swordfish steak with Niçoise dressing

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over English apple and cider gravy

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, mixed mushroom and chive cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet, garlic buttered baby leaf spinach, rich red wine reduction                                (£3.50 supplement – sorry)

Baked courgette stuffed with multi bean chilli


Crème brulée with English summer berries and shortbread

Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart, clotted cream ice cream

Baked orange cheesecake with tangy orange sorbet

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
