Warm salad of seared local venison loin with red onion marmalade

Devon crab and prawn tian, avocado and sweet chilli

Wye valley asparagus with cracked pepper and lemon butter sauce

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over apple sauce and cider reduction

  Aged local beef fillet, horseradish crumb and red wine jus (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, chorizo and paprika cream sauce

Roasted red pepper risotto with melting goats cheese and mixed seeds

 

English strawberry shortbread, strawberry ice cream

Rhubarb fool with stem ginger cookies

Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart, salty caramel ice cream

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
