Parasols up!……It was courtyard weather all the way yesterday, lets hope it continues for a few more days at least.

Three courses £30     Two courses £25.50     Starter and pudding £15

 

Baby leaf spinach soup

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, wild rocket, tomato and chilli dressing

Jersey Royal potato salad, black pudding and soft poached egg

Whole king prawns sautéed with samphire and garlic

Wye valley asparagus, cracked pepper and lemon butter sauce

Poached sea trout supreme, sugar snaps and mild curry cream

Baked hake fillet with olive ratatouille

7 spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy, sesame and ginger jus

  Aged local beef fillet, rosemary and red wine reduction (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, Gloucester sausage, sage and onion gravy

Mixed mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil

 

Warm pecan tart with clotted cream ice cream

Crème brulée with English strawberries and shortbread

Triple chocolate brownie served warm with crème fraiche

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
