Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, buttered leeks and grain mustard sauce

Mixed mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil

 

Baked orange cheesecake with tangy orange sorbet

70% dark chocolate mousse

Spiced apple cake with cinnamon whipped cream
