Weekend menu – Friday 9 & Saturday 10 March 2018

Roasted red pepper soup

Smashed avocado on toasted sour dough, smoked salmon, red onion and capers

Free range egg, spinach and Parma ham baked under Parmesan cream

Crayfish tail cocktail with mango chilli salsa

Wild rocket and shaved fennel salad, orange and walnut dressing


Poached sea trout fillet with buttered samphire and mild curry cream

Pan seared swordfish steak on tomato and basil sauce

Five spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over pineapple sweet and sour

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, winter mushroom and chive cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” (£3.50 supplement – sorry)

Spiced aubergine and chick pea stew on red, white and wild rice


Pecan tart served warm with salted caramel ice cream

A classic crème brulée with fine butter shortbread

Dark chocolate and orange torte, tangy orange sorbet

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
