Schools out for most this weekend so be prepared for horrendous traffic on holiday and airport routes. Here in Nailsworth we have just one table left for Saturday evening but space on Friday at the moment. Please call us on 01453 832808 to book

Red onion soup with Parmesan toasts

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, heirloom tomato salad, basil dressing

Balsamic dressed wild rocket with sliced ripe peach and air dried ham

Devon crab, prawn and crayfish tail “cocktail”

A trio of vegetarian bruschettas


Pan seared swordfish steak with a simple salsa verde

 Poached Cornish monk fish tail with spinach and mild curry cream

Aged local beef fillet, grilled onion, horseradish butter and rich red wine jus              (£3.50 supplement – sorry)

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, Gloucester sausage and cider gravy

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over peppercorn sauce

Portobello mushroom Stroganoff with red, white and wild rice


Tunisian almond cake with tangy orange sorbet

Baked cheesecake with English summer berries

Dark chocolate mousse, chocolate ice cream and cookie

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
