English tomato soup

Devon crab with lemon and dill mayonnaise, toasted sour dough

New potato and pea shoot salad, chicken breast, smoked bacon and Caesar dressing

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, red onion and pickled cucumber

Warm three cheese tart, wild rocket, apple and walnut salad


Pan seared swordfish steak with mango and sweet chilli

 Poached Cornish brill supreme with prawns and Prosecco cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” (£3.50 supplement – sorry)

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops with mixed peppers and chorizo

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over fresh cherries and red wine jus

Woodland mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil


Strawberry and vanilla cream shortbread with strawberry ice cream

Baked raspberry cheesecake

Dark chocolate tart, white chocolate ice cream

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
