Three courses £29 50     Two courses £25     Starter and pudding £14.50


Red onion soup, Gloucester rarebit croutons

Roasted English asparagus with pine nut butter

Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns

Warm ham hock and broad bean tart with homemade piccalilli

Heirloom tomato, wild rocket and buffalo mozzarella salad, basil dressing


Pan fried sea trout supreme on a bed of fine ratatouille

Baked cod fillet with buttered samphire and white wine cream

Spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy, ginger and spring onion jus

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, Gloucester sausage and onion gravy

  Aged local beef fillet, garlic mushrooms and rich red wine reduction                        (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Lemon and flat leaf parsley risotto with peas and beans


English strawberry and cream tartlet

Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart, salty caramel ice cream

Lemon mousse, tangy lemon sorbet and lemon polenta cookies

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
