Roast tomato soup with pesto croutons

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with homemade piccalilli

Twice baked Stilton soufflé on spinach cream sauce (15 minutes please)

Prawn and crayfish tail tian with avocado and sweet chilli sauce

Pheasant and ham hock terrine, watercress and pear salad


Poached loch reared trout supreme, Prosecco cream sauce

Pan fried gilt head bream fillet on Moroccan spiced vegetables

Free range chicken breast in woodland mushroom and chive cream sauce

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, English apple and cider gravy

  Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Butternut squash, black bean, aubergine and Cornish kale bake


Baked cheesecake with passion fruit

Tangy lemon tart served with red berry sorbet

 A chocolate tasting plate

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
