The summer holidays usually means we are without some of our pool of young student staff but it’s always nice to work with past team members like Kathryn and Jenny who have helped out recently. Thank you.

Three courses £29 50     Two courses £25     Starter and pudding £14.50


Evesham leek and new potato broth

A simple prawn and crayfish tail cocktail

Free range chicken and chorizo terrine, pickled carrot salad

Pan fried Devon crab cake with sweet chilli dipping sauce

Wild rocket and flat peach salad, crumbled Feta and pitted olives


Poached loch reared trout supreme with spinach and mild curry cream

Pan fried sea bass fillet, cherry tomato and basil relish

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over Picota cherry and Cognac jus

Cotswold pork escallops with apple and cider cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet, rich red wine and mushroom reduction (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Baked, locally grown courgette stuffed with chick peas slowly cooked in a fragrantly spiced red onion and tomato sauce


Dark chocolate and ginger cheesecake, stem ginger crème fraiche

Summer berry and vanilla cream tartlet, berry sorbet

A classic crème brulée with fine butter shortbread

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
