Creamed locally grown courgette soup

Pan seared Brixham scallops with sweet potato puree and chorizo

Warm salad of baby gem lettuce and sautéed lamb’s kidneys, mustard jus

Prawn and crayfish tail tian with spiced avocado and sweet chilli jam

Heritage tomato crostini, wild rocket, crumbled feta and olives


Pan fried sea bass fillet with dark soy, spring onion and ginger

Poached loch reared trout supreme in Prosecco cream sauce

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over Picota cherry and Cognac jus

Sautéed Cotswold pork escallops, paprika and mixed mushroom cream

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” (£3.50 supplement – sorry)

Honey roasted butternut squash risotto, flat leaf parsley and pumpkin seeds


Warm Braeburn apple and almond tart with clotted cream ice cream

Baked cheesecake with summer berries

Dark chocolate and orange torte, tangy orange sorbet

Four West Country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
