Pan fried fillets of red mullet on Jersey Royal and pea shoot salad

English asparagus with cracked pepper and lemon butter sauce

Smoked mackerel paté with horseradish crème fraiche and toasted bloomer

Baked free range egg with Serrano ham, spinach and Parmesan cream

 

Crab crusted Cornish brill fillet with Prosecco cream sauce

Pan seared swordfish steak with pine nut and parsley butter

Seven spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy, sesame and ginger jus

Cotswold pork escallops topped with sautéed garlic field mushrooms

Aged local beef fillet, beetroot and rich red wine jus (£3.50 supplement, sorry)

Roasted red pepper risotto with Mediterranean vegetables and crumbled Feta

 

Summer berry tartlet with clotted cream ice cream

Dark chocolate and orange torte with tangy orange sorbet

Baked rum and raisin cheesecake
