Red onion soup with garlic croutons

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with crisp apple and pea shoot salad

Twice baked double Gloucester soufflé, spinach cream sauce (15minutes)

Prawn and crayfish tail tian with pineapple and sweet chilli dressing

Warm ham hock tart with Jersey Royal potato salad

 

Cornish monk fish tail with Wye valley asparagus and white wine cream sauce

Pan fried fillets of gilt head bream with roasted red pepper sauce

Seven spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy, sesame and ginger jus

Cotswold pork escalopes, buttered Evesham leeks and cider gravy

Aged local beef fillet with Stroud brewery ale and onion gravy

Mixed mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil

 

Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart with clotted cream ice cream

Spiced rhubarb cake with cinnamon cream

A classic crème brulée served with pistachio cookies
