Roasted red pepper soup

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, crisp apple and pea shoot salad

New season English asparagus and Jersey Royal salad with grilled free range chicken breast and mustard vinaigrette

Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns

Warm double Gloucester and leek tart, wild rocket and walnuts


South coast gurnard fillet with Niçoise style tomato sauce

Pan seared swordfish loin with fresh pineapple and sweet chilli salsa

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over orange and Cognac sauce

Cotswold pork escalopes, sautéed onions, sage and cider gravy

Aged local beef fillet, wild garlic butter and a rich red wine reduction

Mixed mushroom Stroganoff with red, white and wild rice


Pecan tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream

Tangy lemon mousse and lemon sorbet

Dark chocolate ginger cheesecake with stem ginger crème fraiche
