We did 43 for brunch on Saturday and a full restaurant for dinner too, there wasn’t a lot left in the fridges by the time we closed!

Half a dozen Isle of Mann queenies grilled with garlic and parsley butter
Winter mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil
Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, prawns and crayfish tails with lemon dill mayonnaise
Venison sausage roll served warm with red cabbage slaw
Pan fried sea bass fillet on ratatouille sauce
Seared yellow fin tuna steak with pineapple and sweet chilli salsa
Aged local beef fillet, red onion marmalade and rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, buttered leeks and mustard gravy
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over Bramley apple sauce and cider jus
Mediterranean vegetable risotto, Parmesan and pesto
Flourless dark chocolate torte with white chocolate ice cream
Baked passion fruit cheesecake
Warm frangipane tart with clotted cream ice cream
Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
