A busy weekend over with a full house on both Friday and Saturday for dinner as well as a steady Saturday brunch trade…….lets hope it continues!

A good old fashioned prawn cocktail
Winter mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and truffle oil
A trio of smoked fish
Venison sausage and mash with rich herb gravy
Pan seared swordfish steak with sweet chilli dipping sauce
South coast gurnard fillet, baby leaf spinach and piquant tomato sauce
Aged local beef fillet with slow braised oxtail gravy £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, mixed peppers, garlic and basil
Roast local pheasant breast, Bramley apple sauce and cider reduction
Butternut squash risotto with Parmesan and pumpkin seeds
Warm pecan tart with clotted cream ice cream
Crème brulée with fine butter shortbread
Triple chocolate brownie served warm with Swiss chocolate ice cream
