Dinner – weekend 11 & 12 December 2015

On Saturday evening we will be joined by the Victorian costumed singers who will perform a few carols during dinner.               Looking ahead, Christmas eve is now fully booked. Some space still for New Years Eve. As always please call 01453 832808 to book.

Chestnut mushroom soup with truffle oil
½ dozen Isle of Man queenies glazed with chorizo butter
Warm ham hock tart, wild rocket, red onion and mustard dressing
Finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab and prawns with Marie Rose sauce
Baked winter squash cannelloni, Parmesan cream and pumpkin seeds
Pan roasted line caught cod loin on red pepper sauce
Poached loch reared trout supreme, spinach and mild curry cream
Aged local beef fillet with beetroot and a rich red wine reduction

Pan roasted local pheasant breast, Bramley apple sauce and cider gravy
