We intended putting up the festive decorations yesterday but feared being blown off the step ladder in the stormy weather…..we’ll have a go today in between showers if we can!

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with home grown pear chutney
Roast local venison loin, redcurrant puree and wild rocket
Pot caught Devon crab three ways
Warm blue cheese tart, celeriac and walnuts
Pan fried sea bass fillet with sesame and soy dressing
Plaice fillets with white wine, parsley and tomato cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet, horseradish crumble and rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, buttered leeks and cider jus
Roast local pheasant breast, braised red cabbage and chestnut gravy
Butternut squash risotto with pumpkin seeds and Parmesan shavings
Triple chocolate brownie served warm with gingerbread ice cream
Baked sultana and nutmeg cheesecake
Warm apple and almond tart with green apple sorbet
Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
