It  may be cold but at least it’s dry so Pete is up a ladder sorting out our leaky roof at last.

Pan fried smoked haddock fish cake with chunky tartare sauce
Roast local venison fillet, redcurrant puree and wild rocket
Devon crab linguine, spicy tomato sauce
White bean flat bread, roasted peppers, red onion and pea shoots
Seared swordfish steak with sesame and soy dressing
Poached loch reared trout supreme, Prosecco cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, slow braised red cabbage, Port jus
Roast local pheasant breast, chestnut and cider gravy
Twice baked double Gloucester soufflé on spinach and cream sauce
Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart
