It was nice to reopen on Friday and have a full restaurant……pity it did not continue to Saturday…brunch was so so and dinner very quiet….better luck this week!

Crisp battered squid rings with sea salt and garlic mayonnaise
Warm goats cheese and red onion tart, dressed wild rocket
A simple plate of finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon with lemon and capers
Serrano ham with toasted bloomer and tomato jam
Seared swordfish steak with pineapple and sweet chilli salsa
Pan fried fillets of bream, plum tomato sauce and prawn butter
Aged local beef fillet, garlic buttered spinach and red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, Evesham leek and ham hock cream
Roast Barbary duck breast, Bramley apple sauce and cider gravy
Mixed mushroom millefeuille, chive cream sauce and white truffle oil
Warm pear and almond tart with clotted cream ice cream
Flourless dark chocolate cake with red berry sorbet
Baked toffee apple cheesecake
