Autumn squash soup
Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with home grown pear chutney
Warm goats cheese, red onion and pesto tart with tomato relish
Finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns with citrus mayonnaise
Baked free range egg, ham hock, spinach and mustard cream
Cornish monk fish tail in baby plum tomato and olive sauce
Pan fried fillets of gilt head bream, lemon and parsley butter
