Mushrooms sautéed in garlic and parsley butter on toasted bloomer
A simple plate of finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon
Warm ham hock and pea puff, mustard cream sauce
Pan fried fillet of Poole harbour grey mullet, sweet chilli butter sauce
Poached sea trout supreme with watercress cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes with sage and onions
Roast Barbary duck breast, home grown pear puree and Perry reduction
Cauliflower and chick pea Madras with saffron scented rice
Flourless dark chocolate cake with white chocolate ice cream
Warm pecan tart with salty caramel ice cream
