Watercress cream soup
Pan seared swordfish on Asian slaw with dark soy and ginger dressing
Grilled onion and goats cheese tart, wild rocket and tomato relish
Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns
Warm ham hock puff, garden pea and mustard cream sauce
Pan roasted line caught cod loin, baby leaf spinach, plum tomato sauce
Fillet of Poole harbour day boat grey mullet simply pan fried and served with sweet chilli butter
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over Horsley hedgerow blackberry jus
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, cider gravy, butterbeans and bacon
Cauliflower and chick pea Madras on saffron scented rice
Autumn fruit crumble with clotted cream ice cream

A classic crème brulée with fine butter shortbread
