Duo of Severn and Wye oak smoked and dill cured salmon with grain mustard dressing
Warm roasted Mediterranean vegetable and baby mozzarella flan, wild rocket and pesto
Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with Discovery apple and pea shoots
Slow roasted spiced free range chicken thigh on new potato salad
Poached loch reared trout supreme, soft herb and citrus cream sauce
Roast line caught cod loin, tomato sauce and smoked bacon lardons
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
