Pan fried smoked haddock fish cake with chunky tartare sauce
Warm ham hock and apple tart, pea shoot salad, cider vinaigrette
Cray fish tail and prawn tian with mango and sweet chilli jam
Heirloom tomato and mozzarella cocktail, Bloody Mary dressing
Pan seared swordfish steak with sautéed peppers and olives
Cornish monk fish tail, plum tomato sauce and buttered samphire
Aged local beef fillet, red onion marmalade and Vintage Port reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, chive and mushroom cream sauce
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over sweet and sour blueberry jus
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable risotto, toasted pumpkin seeds
Warm pecan tart with salty caramel ice cream
Raspberry crème brulée, fine butter shortbread
Dark chocolate mousse, warm triple chocolate brownie with white chocolate ice cream
