WANTED…customers to enjoy our freshly cooked, locally sourced, seasonal dinner menu. There are so many distractions at the moment with tennis, cricket, traffic jams to the coast and continent as well as good weather at home which are keeping folk from booking an evening out in Nailsworth. Warm salad of local roebuck loin, wild rocket and rhubarb chutney
Devon crab, crayfish tail and prawn “cocktail”
Pesto crusted baked mushroom stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables
Loch reared trout supreme with broad beans and Prosecco cream
Pan seared swordfish loin with salsa verde
Aged local beef fillet, garlic buttered spinach and rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Roast Barbary duck breast, Bramley apple sauce and cider gravy
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes with chorizo, lentils and parsley jus
Spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with red, white and wild rice
A classic crème brulée with fine butter shortbread
