Make the most of the sunny weather….our courtyard is open for Saturday brunch, pre dinner drinks and IF the forecasters have got it right…al fresco dining.

Red onion soup with double Gloucester croutons
Pan fried Loch reared trout fillet, Jersey Royals, dill mustard dressing
Smoked bacon tart served warm with baby plum tomato salad
Devon crab, crayfish tail and prawn “cocktail”
English asparagus with cracked pepper and lemon butter sauce
South coast plaice fillets topped with squid and tomato stew
Pan fried sea bass fillet on a spiced lentil and herb dressing
Aged local beef fillet with garlic buttered spinach and rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Roast Barbary duck breast, Bramley apple sauce and cider gravy
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, mixed mushroom cream sauce
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable risotto, pine nuts and pesto
Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart
Baked cheesecake with a compote of English strawberries
Pimms jelly with clotted cream ice cream
