We have taken our first booking for New Years Eve and it isn’t even June till tomorrow!  They left it too late to book last year and thought they would get in early this time………very wise.

Loch reared trout supreme, baby leaf spinach and Prosecco cream
Pan fried sea bass fillet with spiced aubergine and tomato
Aged local beef fillet with a rich shallot and red wine sauce

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over apple sauce and cider reduction
Roasted red pepper risotto with artichoke hearts and Parmesan
