Well….I was going to tell you that we are fully booked for Saturday night but a party of 8 cancelled so we suddenly have a number of tables free this weekend. 01453 832808 is the number to call . We have been using quite a lot of Loch reared trout lately…the producer is RSPCA monitored and Freedom food approved, the fish have really good flavour, colour and texture…..but I was a little surprised when a vegetarian customer ordered it as a main course despite it being “farmed” !?
