Warm salad of wild rocket, sautéed calves liver and bacon
New season English asparagus with lemon and cracked pepper butter
South coast black bream fillet on a bed of crisp samphire
Pollack fillet baked with little plum tomatoes, garlic and new potatoes
Supreme of loch reared trout, spinach and mild curry cream
Aged local beef fillet, red onion marmalade and vintage Port reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Cotswold pork escalopes with mushroom and paprika cream sauce
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over brandy and blueberry jus
Artichoke heart and feta cheese tart
Warm triple chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream
Baked cheesecake with a compote of early English strawberries
Rhubarb and almond tart served warm with Cotteswold dairy cream
