Friday 20th and Saturday 21st March 2015

Three courses £29
Two courses £24.50

Evesham leek and sweet potato soup
Warm salad of seared local venison fillet, wild rocket and blueberries
Crisp battered squid rings, garlic mayonnaise and smoked sea salt
Twice baked double Gloucester soufflé (15 minutes please)
Crayfish tail and prawn tian with mango and sweet chilli sauce
Cornish monk fish tail with spinach and mild curry cream
Pan fried sea bass fillet on warm marinated baby vine tomatoes
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Seven spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy and ginger jus
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, mushroom and paprika cream sauce
Baharat spiced candy striped aubergine and chick pea stew with
red, white and wild rice
Limoncello tiramisu with lemon sorbet
Dark chocolate and orange torte
Pecan tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream
Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
