If we had a dining room 3 times the size we would still have been turning away customers for Valentines day! The next event in the diary is Mother’s day lunch so please book early to secure your table.

Roasted red pepper soup
Pan seared scallops with pea shoots and red apple
Air dried ham, spinach and free range egg baked under Parmesan cream
A simple starter of finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked
salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns
Wild rocket, plum tomato and mozzarella salad with basil dressing
Pan fried gilt head bream fillet on a bed of roasted aubergine
Poached Cornish monk fish tail in leek and white wine cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Cotswold pork escalopes with mushroom cream sauce and truffle oil
Seven spiced Barbary duck breast on dark soy and ginger jus
Curly kale and artichoke risotto
Warm home grown pear pancake with clotted cream ice cream
Baked cheesecake with blueberry compote
Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart
Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
