Smoked cod tartlet with mild curry and parsley cream
Venison sausage and mash, leek and Tom Long gravy
Wild rocket and prawn salad with orange dressing
Twice baked goats cheese soufflé on spinach cream sauce (15 minutes please)
Sea bass fillet steamed with dark soy, sesame and ginger
Sea trout supreme with plum tomato cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet, sautéed onions and a rich red wine reduction

Cotswold pork escalopes, mushroom cream sauce and truffle oil
Roast local pheasant breast with apple sauce and cider jus
Butternut squash risotto with green onions and pumpkin seeds
Dark chocolate and orange torte, tangy orange sorbet

Espresso affogato with clotted cream ice cream and amaretti buttons
