Butternut squash soup
Devon crab and crayfish tail tian with mango and sweet chilli
Warm salad of roasted local venison fillet, wild rocket and chestnuts
Deep fried battered squid rings with garlic and herb dipping sauce
Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with warm flat bread
Pan fried fillet of Bream topped with peppers, capers and tomato
Poached sea trout supreme, spinach and white wine cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet with leeks and Tom Long ale gravy

Roast local pheasant breast with apple sauce and cider reduction
