Venison sausage and mash, onions and red wine gravy
Smoked cod loin with curry cream sauce
Warm salad of wild rocket and honey roasted butternut squash
Baked salmon supreme with citrus butter sauce
Pan fried sea bass fillet, roasted red pepper dressing
Cotswold pork escalopes with buttered leeks and cider gravy

Roast local pheasant breast on slow braised red cabbage, game jus
Baked Portabello mushroom filled with spinach and ratatouille, pine nut dressing
