Don’t judge us……….we had to pop the central heating on for an hour to take the chill off the dining room……in August!!

Parsnip and apple soup
Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, mixed beets, horseradish crème fraiche
Warm Mediterranean vegetable tart with wild rocket and basil oil
Finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns with Cognac cocktail sauce
Slow roasted local pork belly with red cabbage slaw
Cornish monk fish, baby leaf spinach and mild curry cream
Sea bass fillet simply pan fried and served with sweet pepper dressing
Aged local beef fillet “Chasseur” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
7 spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over dark soy and ginger jus
Cotswold pork escalopes, buttered Evesham leeks and mustard gravy
Roast tomato risotto topped with melting goats cheese and pine nuts
Warm raspberry and almond tart with Cotteswold dairy double cream
Dark chocolate and orange torte, tangy orange sorbet
Pimms jelly with clotted cream ice cream
Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
Open for Saturday brunch – 11 till 3 ish
