Sea trout supreme pan fried with lemon and cucumber
Poached plaice fillets, parsley and Prosecco cream sauce
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, chorizo and roasted red pepper sauce

Aged local beef fillet with a rich red wine and truffle reduction
